Before booking a trip with us, please read and understand the following Terms & Conditions. We are committed to providing professional services and creating safe, comfortable, and unforgettable travel experiences throughout Komodo National Park and Flores.

Booking Procedure

To make a reservation with Komodo Summer:

1. Check the availability of your preferred tour or boat.
2. Submit your booking request through WhatsApp, email, or phone.
3. Our team will confirm availability and provide complete trip details.
4. Once you agree with the itinerary and quotation, a deposit payment is required.

• Private Boat Charter
• Private Flores Tour

All reservations will be confirmed in writing by Komodo Summer, and an official invoice will be issued.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all booking details carefully. Komodo Summer is not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers.

Payment

After your booking is confirmed, an invoice will be sent to you.

Payments must be completed before the due date stated on the invoice.
Bookings will be automatically cancelled if the required deposit is not received before the due date.
Payment of the deposit confirms that the customer has read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Any bank charges, transfer fees, or currency exchange differences are the responsibility of the customer.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before departure.

For bookings made less than one month before departure, full payment must be completed at least 1 day before the trip.

Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their reservation at any time by contacting Komodo Summer.

Deposits and payments made are non-refundable.

However, customers may reschedule their trip within the same calendar year, subject to availability.

Changes or Cancellation by Komodo Summer

Komodo Summer reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel any trip due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Government regulations
• Natural disasters
• Force majeure
• Safety considerations

If Komodo Summer cancels the trip before departure:

• Customers who have paid in full will receive a 70% refund.
• Customers who have only paid a deposit will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

If a trip is interrupted after departure due to uncontrollable circumstances, Komodo Summer may provide:

• A replacement boat of similar standard (where available), or
• A proportional refund determined by our management.

Travel Insurance

All guests are strongly encouraged to have valid travel insurance covering:

• Medical treatment
• Accidents and emergencies
• Personal belongings
• Trip interruption or cancellation
• Flight delays

Flight Information

Flight schedules are controlled by airlines and may change without notice.

Komodo Summer is not responsible for:

• Flight delays
• Flight cancellations
• Missed connections
• Additional costs caused by airline schedule changes

We highly recommend arriving in Labuan Bajo at least one day before your tour begins.

Responsibility

Komodo Summer acts as a tour operator and organizer. While every effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, we are not liable for losses, injuries, delays, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our guides and boat crews during the trip.
